Protecting customer's PII

Catching up on late night TV, I came across this interesting feature from John Oliver. It's not an issue of the "boogie man" or "big brother" coming at us with technology; it's a fact of our modern life that our PII (Personal Identifiable Information) is being traded without our explicit permission.

To start a crusade to "stop it" would be akin to "blocking the sun with your hand". When it comes to multifactor authentication (MFA), there are technologies that are as robust, if not more than physical biometrics and, carry no PII.

In our upcoming webinar "Advanced MFA Passwords" we will discuss alternatives to physical biometrics that, like facial recognition technologies, can put your personal information at risk.

If you are not looking for an alternative, maybe you should to avoid legal entanglements. At any rate - and witty as well... check this out!

If you haven't, please take a moment and read also our blog contrasting physical and behavioral biometrics. It will give you additional perspective on why behavioral biometrics mitigate the risks and operational costs associated with physical biometrics.

I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did!

Credit to John Oliver and his excellent journalism.
